

My journies so far . . .
As one of my heroines would say 'all I know so far' (P!nk), is that I was put on this earth to provide a place for you to release everything that holds you back, keeps you small and does not serve you. My clients often find me when they are on the edge, for that’s what stress is.
Outside of years of lived experience with heightened stressful living due to anxiety and depression, I have spent the last 8 years learning, exploring and discovering pathways to support myself during times of "stress."

Stress is life giving you the opportunity to change, shift, or move your perspective, your situation, your beliefs. Stress often presents itself when you are ready for a new opportunity, to let go of something or someone, or to make a change. And from experience, I know one of the best ways to move through times of stress, is to feel it!!
I’m not talking about feeling an emotion (an example of one of life’s edges), but feeling stress and all its symptoms and stories through the body.

Our body, more specifically our nervous system, is the key to supporting us to move through times of stress, anxiety, depression, fear, ect. Our body is the very first thing in our lives that knows how to protect us, yet in this modern life, we have completely forgotten how to support ourselves through stressful periods.

But no worries my friend. I’ve got you!

Even though we all respond and react to stress differently, we were also made to cross over the edge together, to hold each other while we stare down to the bottom of the cliff, take a breath, and leap. I know I wouldn’t have learned how to live with stress without the support of some amazing women who have guided me on my journey.
​
So, my offer - I have woven some practices together that have helped me move through times of BIG STRESS and little, everyday stressors. At times, I feel that a hands on modality is supportive at releasing stress. Enter my Holistic Relaxation Massage Therapy sessions. At other times, my stress feels so angry, that I just want to shake it all out!! Enter my Shake Stress Off sessions.
