I've created Pause Breathe Move because my goal in life is to provide a safe, supportive environment for you to unplug from the mind, move through the body, and reconnect to yourself so that you can get on with living life.

Outside of years of lived experience with heightened stressful living due to anxiety and depression, I have spent the last 8 years learning, exploring and discovering pathways to support myself during times of stress.
Listed are some of the certifications I have acquired during my own journey of stress management. While the education and skills learned in these courses has shaped my offerings, I know I couldn't have moved through stress without learning how to move it through my body. And I did this with the guidance and love of many skilled and compassionate women.
